Gregory Moorehead is the founder and owner of Prestige Property Services, LLC, bringing more than 30 years of experience in painting, coatings, and home improvement. Born and raised between the Washington, DC/Virginia area and the U.S. Virgin Islands as part of a military family, Gregory developed a strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to quality craftsmanship from an early age.

In 1993, Gregory established Prestige Painters in the U.S. Virgin Islands after relocating there to assist with rebuilding efforts following a major hurricane. Over the years, he built a reputation for delivering exceptional work on residential and commercial projects, including luxury vacation villas, resorts, and historical properties throughout the islands.

With specialized expertise in professional roof coating applications and fine-finish interior painting, Gregory also spent many years working in the concrete and construction industries, expanding his knowledge of renovation and property improvement services. Since relocating back to the DMV area in 2019, he has continued providing clients with reliable service, attention to detail, and quality workmanship built on decades of hands-on experience.
